A Notice Of Default Has Been Filed
On My Property

Although I knew it was coming, I dreaded the day it came.

The Letter I got was a Debt Validation Notice.

On the bright side we did get to live in my home seemingly free for some time.

I can't believe that if I had done something sooner, we may have lived in our home even longer.

I know you have advised us that you can not give Legal or Tax advice and you have pointed me to a Real Estate Attorney and a CPA to understand the consequences. I do not want to be one of those who does nothing. I would rather be proactive and save my self if at all possible and as cost effective as possible as well.
