Who Will Help Me?

I get asked this quite often saying the government says they will stop foreclosures.

I can see why when the President makes these claims of no foreclosures every 6 months or so.

If you think Obama is going to save you you should leave this website and go to whitehouse.gov.

If you have reasonable intelligence you may have noticed that the only people Obama helped are those that put him in office and backed him, the bankers.

The contract that you signed to get your loan, for the most part does not allow banks to not collect their debt. By the way there is no law being pushed through congress or the house that says foreclosures must end and we can all live in our homes for free. I think our president saying it is as idiotic as it gets. Keep in mind these are speeches written and read off of a teleprompter. They are not mistaken words just spoken like all the previous presidents.

When you are upside down in your home or about to lose your home, your first call should be to a Real Estate Attorney and as well a CPA. When they suggest that you should sell or short sell your home, perhaps you should.

If you are wondering who will help you, Your Real Estate Attorney, CPA, and Real Estate Broker Realtor will do their best to help you and you will pay once. The Government will make you pay year in and year out till you die and your heirs will pay for you when you die. In a short sale, your Real Estate Broker Realtor will be paid out of the proceeds of the sale of your home.

If your home is not upside down you can list your home for sale with a local licensed Real Estate Broker - Realtor.

If your home is upside down, owe more than it is worth, I suggest you go to the upside down page and review your options with a Real Estate Attorney and a CPA. There are future implications and knowing your options is a great start.
